Comfort Care Hospice of Middle Tennessee, LLC Announces Acquisition of NorthCrest Hospice

PELHAM, AL—Comfort Care Hospice, LLC. announced today, April 15, 2019, that it has completed the acquisition of Springfield, TN-based NorthCrest Hospice expanding Comfort Care’s hospice service area to the following Middle Tennessee counties: Cheatham, Davidson, Montgomery, Robertson and Sumner. Comfort Care Hospice will be known in the Tennessee market as Comfort Care Hospice of Middle Tennessee, LLC. and will be doing business as Comfort Care Hospice of Springfield.

“The acquisition of NorthCrest Hospice provides the opportunity to expand our hospice service area in our first, Non-Alabama Market. We currently provide hospice care in most counties throughout the State of Alabama, but this addition of counties will allow us the opportunity to serve a large group of individuals throughout the middle and north Tennessee market”, said Alan G.
