So you can focus on what is important: the relationships and memories that can be made by living each day as well as possible.
Comfort Care Hospice provides the medical and emotional support needed for patients and their loved ones. Taking care of a loved one with a life-limiting illness is never easy, but you don’t have to do it alone.
How we live is important when we approach the end of our lives. With Comfort Care Hospice, we focus on the medical, so you don’t have to. We listen and focus on what we can do to help our patients live as well as possible — managing pain and symptoms, providing the physical, social, emotional and spiritual support for the patient and the family. With our team of physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains and home health aides, we work with the patient and family to provide what is needed for comfort and support. We provide medications and equipment related to the hospice diagnosis and we have 24 hour on-call support for emergencies. When we do this, patients and families can focus on what is important – the relationships and memories that can be made by living each day as well as possible.
At Comfort Care Hospice, we understand that we may not change the outcome, but we can change the journey.
