Sending Comfort Care

2020. This year has already shown us many of life’s challenges but has also brought us together in beautiful ways: time at home with loved ones, learning new skills, and being there for those who need us. However, many seniors and families are still unable to share a hug or visit area nursing homes due to COVID-19 safety regulations and the need for self-distancing.

In an effort to join our families, we have created Sending Comfort Care coloring pages and cards.  These are not limited to your older family members whom you are unable to be with face to face. These coloring pages and cards can be sent to whomever needs a smile.

Coloring is shown to reduce anxiety and improve mindfulness. Coloring has the power to focus the brain similarly to meditation. Research suggests, coloring may lower stress, aid relaxation, boost creativity, even help improve sleep and attention spans. We encourage all ages to join in the coloring fun!

Download and print your coloring pages in 8.5×11 sheet or greeting card form.

If you would like to send your designs to a Comfort Care Hospice patient, please send them to your local Comfort Care Hospice, Attn: Sending Comfort Care. For a list of locations, click here. Please share your works of art on Facebook or Instagram with #sendingcomfortcare so we may share the love!
